It isn’t just garnish.  Try it fresh in salads, wraps and as a topper to any baked vegetable or meat. We chop it into a modified Tabouleh salad, using huge handfuls at a time.

Try separating the plants we sell rather than planting as a clump. The seedlings handle being separated quite well.  Each plant, when given more room, will produce enough for you to enjoy salads all summer long and dried parsley all winter.
