A European favourite. Are you familiar with regular thick celery stalks? Keep that celery flavour in your mind, now imagine a leafy green similar to parsley – but tastes just like that thick crunchy celery you know and love. Our favourite for soups, stews and salads, imparting that celery flavour with each bite, minus the thick stalks. We use it fresh and then at the end of the season, we freeze it in ziplock bags, but it can be dried for prolonged storage as well.
