Cilantro

Selling Cilantro plants make the Green Thumb Kids smile. No one is ambivalent about this plant. People either love it or hate it.  We fall in the “love it” camp and our plants get eaten down in the garden or consumed raw sprinkled on top enormous taco salads and stirred into curry. If the plant goes to seed, someone eats the seeds off green.  If you love it, don’t buy just one.  The fresh leaves freeze easily in a ziplock bag for winter use. We don’t dry it, cilantro loses that “flavor” when it is dried.
