The name alone will give you some idea of what to expect – long and yellow. Sweet and fruity. But what the name doesn’t tell you is how prolific and fun these are to grow. The shape is similar to a San Marzano tomato, the classic Italian cooking tomato. But this one doesn’t have to be cooked. It is just as delicious raw in salads or as a great appetizer. Though…some feel that a yellow tomato sauce or spicy salsa is just perfect. Try it! You won’t be disappointed.
